Yell.com were interested to know whether there was an appetite for growing the review offering on their website. 

In order to investigate this, we took a step back and asked broader questions, around what users' behaviour and attitude are towards consuming and writing reviews. Drilling into particular experiences they'd had, what their drivers and barriers were, when and where they write reviews and finally what their attitudes towards Yell.com as a review platform were.
