Conceptual user testing

After working with Yell.com on an ideation workshop we took the outputs and turned them into some loose prototypes that would test some of the high level ideas that had been produced. 

I worked collaboratively with the Head of UX Design at Yell.com to produce two journeys that best represented both the Consumer and Merchant sides of the conceptual proposition.

Once the testing had been completed we produced a findings report that not only outlined the feedback gathered from both the consumers and merchants but also advised Yell.com on the best approaches to take and drew upon insight from competitor and comparator examples.
