Yell.com - Ideation workshop
Yell.com came to Nomensa as their current audience base is ageing and the younger generation don't see Yell.com as their starting point for resourcing local businesses.
To help Yell.com understand the potential for their business we ran an ideation workshop with key stakeholders. Quick assets were produced that we then took through to a second stage which involved prototyping some conceptual stimuli to use in testing sessions with representative users.
The workshop included;
- The creation of proto personas
- A fast sketching exercise
- Quick focus post-it note task
- Prioritisation of themes
