IOT device app usability testing

As part of Nomensa’s ongoing programme of support for a large consumer products company we have been conducting regular Usability Testing sessions in order to fit into their sprint cycles and iterate upon new and innovative designs for the next iteration of their IOT Smart devices app. 

The focus of this round of testing was on the discoverability of the global and contextual menus, recognition of the gestural navigation and the usability of the data visualisation screens representing the performance of the product.
